Short Biography

Aikaterini-Georgia Mavroeidi is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication at the University of the Aegean, with a doctoral thesis on privacy awareness through gamification (HFRI scholar). She holds Master's degrees in Information Security (University of Brighton) and in Cultural Informatics and Communication. She has participated in numerous research and European projects in the fields of privacy, information security and digital culture. Her postdoctoral research focuses on the role of privacy in the design of gameful systems.
